Designing retail culture
We’re on the pulse of evolving customer behaviour, continually gathering insight on how peoples’ lives are changing and what this means for how they shop. Last week we went to see what Flamingo’s Cultural Futures team had uncovered in this space.
One area they touched on was the idea of using sense to add depth to a customer’s experience. This is shown in Patrick Palcic’s ‘There Is Something In The Air’ clock where perfume is released onto the clock face at hourly intervals to connect hours of the day with scents.
