Highlights and take-outs from our recent trip to NYC for the NRF
We recently attended NRF 2017 in New York, contributing to the debate on future innovation, connections and solutions. We visited 18 pioneering retailers, listened to over 30 key industry leaders, and explored the latest innovative tech curators shaping how we experience brands in retail.
One of the key points we heard again and again was the move towards colleagues becoming friends, and the importance of treating customers as guests, to nurture the customer-brand relationship to offer something uniquely personal every time.
