Campaign Best Places to Work

Household named as one of Campaign's Best Places to Work

The Campaign Best Places To Work have been revealed, listing 100 of the most desirable employers in our industry.

The prestigious list celebrates companies that have created healthy and enjoyable workplaces.

The competition was open to organisations across adland, including the marketing divisions of brands, plus agencies ranging from ad and media to digital, design, production and PR shops.

To be eligible to enter, businesses must have at least 15 employees working in the UK, or 15 employees within the marketing division if working for a brand.

A two-stage assessment by independent research company Best Companies Group (BCG) took place after employers provided information about benefits, policies and practices. Employees completed a confidential questionnaire on workplace culture.

Winners in four size-based categories – boutique, small, medium and large – will be announced at an event on 27 April.

In the words of our CEO and co-founder Julie Oxberry:

“We are thrilled that Household ranks in Campaign’s Best Places to Work list. Our name came from the idea that we should be where people want to spend time, just like the brands we work with. So we have always sought to create a healthy, happy workplace and to maintain the culture and consciousness of this as we grow. But undoubtedly, our people make it what it is, and our Household family brings energy, talent, focus, and ideas to our practice and programmes, with a shared sense of values, every minute of the day.”
