We are excited to reveal our latest work with the Fairmont Miramar hotel

The ‘Fig’ restaurant provides a new dining experience for the guests of the Santa Monica hotel. It emphasises organically-grown and locally-sourced seasonal ingredients and the hotel’s 150 year old fig tree is celebrated at the heart of the space.
The re-development feels more contemporary, and guests can see chefs making their food in front of them, elevating the social aspect of the restaurant. Key areas of the restaurant are currently being finalised, however the restaurant is open for business and customers are already experiencing the new design.
