Conde Nast Traveller’s Readers’ Choice Awards were announced this week. Our client Fairmont Miramar received the accolade of #1 hotel in Santa Monica and #5 in Los Angeles.
We worked with the Fairmont to optimise the guest journey and unlock new revenue streams for the hotel. This included creating a space for the Barbershop that was tailored to busy, modern lifestyles and embodied the timeless elegance that defines the hotel; attracting a new generation of guests and local diners to the Fig Restaurant through placemaking; and creating distinct personalities for each section of The Lobby, from a conference room in The Jones’ Library to a glamorous cocktail bar on The Garden Terrace.
