Our new office is our dining room table. Our new cinema is our smartphone, and our new weekly hangout spot with our friends is Zoom. We’ve had to adapt to a new normal — and with adaptation comes new behaviours.

These new customer behaviours developed in isolation, have already started to stick and have become ingrained in the way we act, as we continue to live in a ‘new normal’.

We’ve seen 5 customer behaviours develop during isolation that we believe will stick as restrictions lift, undoubtedly changing the way in what we expect from brands and how we engage with experiences moving forward.
