As part of Household’s longstanding partnership with Diptyque we have delivered everything from flagships to pop-ups. Our latest partnership sees the launch of a major new retail concept – The Maison. With the first two doors opening in London and Paris, this format taps into the founder’s artistic roots, positioning this luxury brand as a cultural curator and catalyst. These spaces are highly co-created with local artists and makers with the aim of growing and connecting creative communities around the world.

The concept invites guests to discover Diptyque through the artists’ collaborations and their communities, with artists’ installations expertly woven throughout. As long term partners of Diptyque, our understanding of the brand is exceptional. We worked closely with the Paris team, transforming the stores into sensory art galleries and making each a truly unique guest experience.

We supported the growth of Diptyque’s experiential offer with sensory rooms that appeal to an art-based community. The Workshop for live art events, Le Salon Prive for custom candle-making, and The Ephemeral Space for artist takeovers which, in New Bond Street London, opened with the Café Verlet collaboration – a mini cafe and exclusive range of scented candles, illustrated live by Clym.
Offering everything from the brand’s portfolio of scented candles and fragrances to home decor, bath and body and home cleaning products. The Fragrance Library guides guests through the categories via five foundational scent pillars. A gallery of the brand’s beginnings connects guests on a personal level with the brand’s founders. The Second Life Refill Room offers guests an opportunity to do their bit for the planet, in line with Diptyque’s dedication to nature.
