Re-purposing experiences for the future

As lockdown eases, brands are already re-purposing their retail experiences, services and products to meet new customer needs.

To overcome hygiene and safety concerns, Starbucks is re-focusing its retail model from dine-in, to convenience-focused drive-thrus and curbside pick-up added to more locations. Westfield London has plans to convert House of Fraser traditional retail space into co-working, considering ‘third space’ use. Forever 21 has re-launched online only, in the UK and EU, catering to digital savvy customers.
